It’s been quiet on here the last couple months. I’ve been fairly preoccupied with a bit of an endeavor, but more on that if/when it’s complete.
This past weekend I took the California Zephyr train from Denver to Glenwood Springs. The Zephyr is a transcontinental passenger train that begins in Chicago and ends in Emeryville. The section I travelled utilized the Union Pacific’s Central Corridor. It took five hours, rose to 2,816m, and offered views of the Rockies that I hadn’t thought were accessible via train.
If the opportunity presents itself, maybe hop off in Glenwood Springs. I hear it’s gorgeous.
